The aim is to provide a guide to what I believe are some of the best gastronomic experiences in the city (and farther afield when I get the opportunity). The other purpose of this site is an intellectual and interactive analysis of the world of gastronomy as it relates to the meaning of cuisines, the history associated with some food, and analysis therein. This website contains reviews, recipes, random facts, and some gastronomic discourse on a variety of subjects relating to the meal and its meaning.
